    • Note:
      1. The flour and water mixing ratio is supposed to 5:2.

      3. Please roll the hand crank clockwise to complete the noodles. Anticlockwise not allowed, or it will be damage to the pasta cutter.
      4. There are 9 holes on the inner surface of dough grade knob, which are to hold the settings steadily.
